Copyright claims

If you believe content on StudyTrain — including any question we publish in an exam pack — infringes your copyright, please email us and we'll review it promptly.

Send the claim to copyright@studytrain.co.uk and include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (with a link or citation where possible).
• The specific URL(s) on StudyTrain where the allegedly infringing content appears, or — if you can't link to it — a description that lets us locate it (e.g. "Microsoft AZ-104 pack, question 47").
• Your name, address, and a contact email or phone number.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 working days and, if the claim is valid, remove or restrict access to the contested content promptly while we investigate. We may also notify the original submitter (where applicable) and provide them an opportunity to respond.

Counter-notices follow the same channel.
